The Information and Communication Technology (ICT) Department at Keframa High School is committed to equipping learners with the digital knowledge, practical skills, and innovative mindset required to succeed in the 21st century. We believe that technology is a powerful tool for learning, creativity, communication, and problem-solving.
Our department provides students with opportunities to develop computer literacy, digital citizenship, and technical skills that prepare them for higher education, employment, entrepreneurship, and everyday life in a digital world.

Mr. Okello Peter
Head of Department – Information and Communication Technology (ICT)
Mr. Okello Peter serves as the Head of the ICT Department at Keframa High School. He is a dedicated educator and technology enthusiast committed to promoting digital literacy, innovation, and practical ICT skills among learners.
With a passion for teaching and technology integration in education, Mr. Okello Peter leads the department in providing quality ICT education that equips students with the knowledge and competencies needed to thrive in today’s digital world. He actively guides learners in computer studies, digital research, internet technologies, database management, software applications, and emerging technologies.
As the departmental head, he oversees the planning and implementation of ICT programs, coordinates practical learning activities, and supports student innovation through projects, competitions, and the TechnoMinds ICT Club. His vision is to empower learners to become confident, responsible, and creative users of technology.
Mr. Okello Peter believes that technology is a powerful tool for transforming education and solving community challenges. Through his leadership, the ICT Department continues to inspire students to develop critical thinking, problem-solving, and digital skills that prepare them for higher education and future careers.
